Key responsibilities include:
* Menu planning and costing
* Staff hiring, training and supervision
* Discarding spoiled foods, recording wastage
* Cleaning duties and maintaining sanitised workstations
* Receiving deliveries, verifying orders
* Packing away deliveries, ensuring stock rotation
* Discard expired and spoiled items stored in stock rooms and refrigerators
* Plating and presenting meal items
* Working efficiently at all times
* Writing down items to be ordered/prepared when ending a product/mise en place
Requirements
