To service and repair fire protection systems and equipment to Chubb Fire & Security standards of quality and delivery excellence whilst ensuring the compliance of the customers site
- To assist in growing our sales, increasing our market share and growing the net profitability of our company.
- Deliver effective and efficient service
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction to support growth of business and reduce customer attrition.
- Achieve full compliance to service delivery and procedural requirements, including quality, EH&S, Ethics, and Trade Practices
- Maximise revenue and margin for the business
- Join the on call roster and be prepared to travel out of town to customer sites
