Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist - Corporate Support Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and allocating calls on a Cisco system
* Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
* Coordinating conference and meeting rooms
* Assisting with food, coffee, and other beverage preparation as required
* Distribution of incoming deliveries and electronic faxes
* Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a professional appearance
* Monitoring and maintaining staff amenities (kitchen etc.)
* Performing other administrative tasks as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years' experience in a corporate reception environment
* The ability to work effectively with people at all levels in a polished and friendly manner
* Calm and poised under pressure
* Professional phone manner
* Immaculate corporate presentation and excellent business acumen
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* The ability to juggle competing demands with minimal fuss
* Good memory, listening skills, and clear thinking abilities
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in using Leap and Action Step, and solid administrative skills
* A confident, positive, and can-do attitude
* Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus but not essential
