Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Carrara, Gold Coast. As a key point of contact with customers, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the store team, close working relationships with stakeholders from manufacturing, finance and merchandise teams, liaison directly with Trade Account Customers and General Customers, face to face and telephone sales, sales & design systems to draft up quotes &/or completed designs for customers, leading and participating in training and personal development sessions, roster management and development of training programs, performance coaching and development, enquiries follow up and conversation management, inventory management and collaboration with team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* A self-starter able to set goals and deliver sales targets
* Retail and/or Trade Outlet experience
* Be able to coach & develop your team
