About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager we are seeking a logistics coordinator with strong customer focus to join our team. This role is vital to our operations and suits a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced customer‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate safe cost-effective and reliable freight movements across the network
* Liaise with customers and third‑party providers to ensure service alignment and delivery standards
* Partner with the data analyst to enhance systems and processes; maintain accurate records in S4 including data pricing and updates
* Monitor and ensure compliance with transport service level agreements
* Proactively manage exceptions and resolve logistics‑related issues
* Review freight quotes to ensure best value and service; process freight invoices with accrual checks; plan and consolidate freight routes for efficiency
About You
* Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
* Strong relationship‑building and commercial acumen
* Knowledge of dangerous goods handling
* Proficiency in Transport Management Systems
* Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
* Familiarity with safety procedures
