* Minimise waste and use ingredients efficiently.
* Support senior chefs across all sections, including cooking, baking, pastry, and butchery.
* Maintain grooming standards and contribute to a professional, positive kitchen culture.
* Work collaboratively with the wider service team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Respond to guest needs promptly and maintain strong product knowledge.
