🍻 Bar, Gaming & Bistro Staff
Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Our bar and bistro team play a key role in delivering great food, drinks, and service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
* Serving drinks and meals efficiently and professionally
* Maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area
* Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
* Assisting customers with gaming machines and payouts
* Monitoring compliance with gaming regulations
* Keeping the gaming area clean and welcoming
Requirements:
* RSA & RSG certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Service of Gaming)
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
🛒 Retail Staff (Bottle Shop Attendants)
Love working in retail and have a passion for customer service? Join our bottle shop team and assist customers with their purchases.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Maintaining stock levels and store presentation
Requirements:
* RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
