The Role:
Looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Reception / Admin Officer to be the first face of our team in Bendigo
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the office areas, supporting with client intake, and providing outstanding administrative support to the team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently (remote managed), be self-motivated and have a strong customer service and administration background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to participants and their families via phone, email, and in-person
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring a timely and professional response
* Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all client information is up-to-date
* Manage organisation of Bendigo fleet car services
* Provide strong administrative/reception support to the team
* Ensure the office is well kept and tidy and stocked of all resources at all times
Qualifications:
* Certificate or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field
* Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Driver's licence
