As the Cafe Manager for our Zone Bowling & Timezone Southland venue, you will lead our F&B team with a passionate & nurturing style You will be an expert all things food & beverage and champion our values everyday
You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
This is the perfect role for someone in a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Kitchen Supervisor role, looking for their entry into managing a department

Who are you?
You're in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role or similar, looking for the entry into your next career step
You must hold a valid WWCC & RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain before commencing employment
A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage operation
Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
