Manage front-of-house operations, support imaging services and deliver outstanding patient experiences in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3

Remuneration: $71, $73,287.41 per annum

Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

Location: Medical Imaging – Westmead Hospital

What you'll be doing

As a Medical Imaging Receptionist, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception services that support clinical operations and enhance the patient journey. You will:

* Manage reception services including patient enquiries, appointments and telephony
* Deliver accurate administrative and secretarial support, including data entry and medical typing
* Coordinate revenue management activities such as invoicing, banking and cash handling
* Maintain confidential records and comply with NSW Health policies and privacy requirements
* Support clinical services through effective coordination, reporting and team collaboration

Selection Criteria:

* Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health
* Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas
* Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
* Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
* Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices meet service requirement needs
