This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and organizational development.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, compensation and benefits, driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting training and development programs, and addressing employee relations and issues.Key Objectives of the RoleManage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Responsible for Comp & Advantages.Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities.Support training and development efforts across teams.Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws as well as group guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations.About YouBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to recruitment and employee relations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.In your first 90-days you willBe introduced to our Purpose, Vision and MissionLearn our Values and Behaviours and embed them into your roleBe set goals and objectives aligned to the MSX strategyReceive full training and management support on ensuring you can contribute and align with our Learning & Development team.In addition to the core skills, experience and knowledge required to be a success, our ideal candidate will live by the MSX values of:Getting it done;Proving our words with our actions;Creating a better tomorrow for our clients, every single day;Fearlessly exploring new roads;Delivering on our commitments;Being exceptional teammates.If you can demonstrate that you are committed and fearless exploring the world as our HR Officer whilst delivering on our commitments then we want to hear from you!
