You will act as the first point of contact for front office enquiries, booking and boarding clients while also negotiating charter quotes manage tour bookings including ground content organisation together with general office duties pertaining to the role
Your key tasks include greeting clients, providing transfers to airport scheduled flights Manage flight invoicing client payments Provide knowledge region travelling guests Follow up leads referrals generated staff social media platforms Seek analyse customer feedback strategic direction continuously improve service experience Update marketing platforms Ad-hoc projects tasks directed Financial Controller Managing Director
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year customer relations sales ops experience preferably tourism industry advantage.
* Exceptional telephone manner.
* Well-developed sales skills proven ability enquiry booking.
