The team ensures patients, loved ones, and carers receive the necessary support, whether they are struggling with daily tasks or need extra assistance. The organisation offers a multidisciplinary range of services, including support workers, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, mental health workers, and more. They serve over 50 communities across remote, rural, and regional areas of Australia, including Townsville, Mount Isa, Longreach, Cairns, Mackay, Normanton, Doomadgee, Cloncurry, and Mornington Island.
Position Details:
This organisation is part of a Regional Provider Network adopting a new approach to delivering client-centred mental health services. Collaborating with various providers, their services are integrated to create a cohesive, accessible mental health care system. The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality, client-centred mental health assessment, treatment, and case coordination services within an integrated, stepped care model. The service is voluntary, serving clients of all complexities and across the lifespan.
