About The Role
We are seeking detail‑oriented and proactive Contracting Officers to facilitate and coordinate contract management functions across multiple grant and funding programs. This role ensures compliance, governance, and efficient administration of contracts while supporting grant recipients and stakeholders to deliver projects in Regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and undertaking contract management and grant administration tasks including assessment and negotiation of funding deeds and variation requests, compliance reviews and performance monitoring.
* Assessing acquittal and payment claims against contractual requirements and program guidelines.
* Providing advice and guidance to grant recipients on contract management processes.
* Implementing policies and procedures to support compliance and governance.
* Drafting accurate briefings and correspondence for management and departmental requests.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely outcomes.
* Understanding of financial and governance requirements.
