A market-leading financial services and technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of enterprise initiatives. This role partners closely with business, technology and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and high-quality outcomes.
Role Overview
You'll own a multi-stream program portfolio end-to-end — shaping scope, delivery approach and governance, coordinating delivery teams, managing risks and ensuring successful transition into BAU. The focus is on disciplined delivery, strong stakeholder management, and uplift of program practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a broad portfolio of complex enterprise programs
* Establish clear delivery frameworks, governance and reporting
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across planning, build, testing and deployment
* Own budgeting, forecasting, risk management and program cadence
* Work closely with technology and business leaders to align programs to strategic objectives
* Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication and expectation management
* Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and program maturity
About You
* ~10+ years' experience managing complex technology or transformation programs
* Strong background in SDLC, Agile and enterprise-grade program governance
* Skilled at navigating ambiguity, simplifying complexity and influencing senior stakeholders
* Confident leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and external partners
* Strong commercial and risk awareness
* Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential
