About the role
Zenith Built Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This full-time role will see you working with and leading a small crew of guys, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and supervise a small team of carpenters to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to specification
* Take ownership of project planning
* Liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly
* Provide hands-on carpentry work, drawing on your extensive trade experience
* Mentor and train junior members of the team to develop their skills
What we're looking for
* Recognised carpentry cert 3 trade qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified carpenter
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Understanding of relevant building codes and regulations
* Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
