A unique opportunity for any Allied Health Professional with an interest to learn how AI can be used to interpret Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA) scans.

This role is equally open to any Allied Health professional or qualification in Biomedical Sciences or related field, with a keen interest to take their basic anatomy knowledge to another level & incorporate this with AI, whilst learning all about the company’s software.
Ideally, someone who already resides in Perth would be great; however, for the right candidate Australia-wide, there may be consideration for them to relocate to Perth for at least 6 months, where full training & familiarisation with the company/the other team members etc can be met, then later will be able to conduct their role remotely.
If not already residing in Perth, travel expenses may be covered for the right candidate (subject to review of the candidates CV/background).
Full training/work experience for the first 6 months must be conducted in person in Perth.

Purpose of Position
* To serve as the subject matter expert on our product offerings from an end-user perspective.
* You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
* The role involves liaising with clients to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, identifying recurring themes in customer feedback, and logging and monitoring issues in our customer relationship system and/or ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Customer Service: Develop an understanding of who clients are and an understanding of customer service standards, including quality control, contractual obligations, and AYA service standards/KPIs.
* Customer liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, providing expert-level support to diagnose and resolve issues.
* Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Develop scripts and processes for diagnosing issues to ensure efficient and effective support. Provide a clear pathway for resolution, escalating issues when needed.
* Trend Analysis: Log customer issues, monitor recurring trends, and document insights to improve support quality and processes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, escalating technical or operational issues as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
* Product expertise: Understanding of the product roadmap and new releases and liaising with existing customers for upselling and directing them to changes in the product suite and new solutions that may be useful to them.
* Training and Knowledge Development: Become a super user of our product, and train internal teams to build expertise and maintain high-quality support standards.
* Knowledge Hub Creation: Develop and maintain a knowledge hub of common queries, diagnoses, and solutions for future reference and team training.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others to solve problems.
* Experience in a customer service environment and processes or systems for recording and monitoring customer queries or issues.
* Experience in managing priorities and monitoring customers to keep them informed on progress on existing tickets and new updates.
Work Experience
* Flexibility in working style and problem-solving approach.
* Ability to work outside of normal office hours.
