Your new role
As a Client Service Officer, you'll be the key point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and support. You'll handle enquiries about financial products and services, resolve issues, and process transactions with efficiency and professionalism. This role offers full-time and permanent part-time options, with hybrid work flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with clients to provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance
* Responding to enquiries about financial products, services, and account-related matters
* Processing transactions, updating account details, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
* Resolving client concerns with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Creating a seamless and positive client experience by handling enquiries confidently

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail. You should feel confident communicating with a diverse range of clients and managing financial transactions efficiently.
Key skills and attributes:
* Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client concerns
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
* Excellent attention to detail when processing transactions and updating accounts
* Prior experience in client service or financial services is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
