As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for growing your team's sales and profitability through your leadership and hands-on customer service example.
- Developing a high-performance team culture
- Recruitment of team members, onboarding, and performance management
- Monitor GP, expenses, and wage control
- Develop a customer-centric, sales, and KPI focused team
- Implement change management where required
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of Senior Store Management in Jewellery or similar retail
- Ability to lead a team of 10-20 team members whilst conducting training and performance management
- Excellent analytical and attention to detail
- Able to lead staff in a changing workspace as the business is experiencing significant growth
- Hands-on leadership style with your team
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership remotely
