Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks and providing assistance to all trade staff.
About the Role
The Handyperson is an integral part of our facility maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that our buildings and equipment are well-maintained and running smoothly. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, using their initiative to identify and complete tasks efficiently.
* Performing general building maintenance repairs, including but not limited to installing minor fixtures, moving furniture/equipment.
* Assisting tradespeople as required;
* Maintaining accurate records of completed tasks;
Pursuing or possessing qualifications in relevant trades such as electrical/mechanical;
skilled use of tools/equipment;
demonstrated experience in performing routine building/grounds maintenance;
hands-on individual willing to learn/new skills/practices;
current NSW driver's license;
and ability/desire travel within designated area if needed.
