We are looking for someone to join our team in a full-time capacity to support our Duty Manager team. This is the ideal role for someone with leadership experience in a hospitality setting, whether it be in a café, restaurant, bar, pub or registered club.
This role will see you learn how to be a Duty Manager in one of Port Macquarie's biggest hospitality operations while also being a core member of our customer facing team and delivering memorable moments for our members and guests on a daily basis. You'll have the keys to the castle and oversee the venues operations on occasion, or you'll find yourself in our outlets delivering an outstanding customer experience.
To be considered for the role you'll need:
* Prior leadership experience in a hospitality or professional environment
* A passion for excellent customer service & the ability to guide a team to success
* A NSW RSA and RCG qualification (or the ability to obtain these before starting)
* Flexibility to work shifts throughout our operation hours (5am to 6am)
