Reliability Engineer Role

This is a key position within the maintenance planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

* Optimize strategies using asset health inputs.
* Review work orders on a routine basis to ensure correct sequencing within plans.
* Plan work in accordance with SAP Work Management process, accurately identifying required components and resources prior to scheduling.
* Liaise closely with supply to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
* Manage master data when required.
* Provide technical support to develop the broader team.
* Ensure safety compliance by adhering to and enforcing all safety protocols.


Requirements:

* Trade qualification, engineering degree or relevant experience.
* Equipment knowledge.
* Technical understanding of condition monitoring and asset health principles.
* Proven experience in site planning, asset and infrastructure management within the mining or heavy industry sector.

The ideal candidate will have self-motivation for process improvement and excellent communication skills.
