About the Position
* We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support to school staff and the principal.
* This role involves managing paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, while also working autonomously and being accountable for their own work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance to school staff, including data entry, filing and photocopying.
* Manage office supplies, stationery and equipment, ensuring they are ordered and maintained in good condition.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and use discretion when handling confidential documents.
Requirements
* Catholic Education understanding and commitment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
