Servicing the TENA Portfolio
We're seeking a strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the retail incontinence portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This role breaks barriers to well-being through innovation, sustainability, and purpose-driven work.
The successful candidate will drive brand and category strategy for TENA's retail portfolio. This includes liners, pads, pants, male guards, and reusables. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing a 3–5 year brand and category strategy for TENA across ANZ.
* Managing relationships with media, creative, and research agencies.
* Aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply, Finance, and Global stakeholders.
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field and 5+ years of experience in brand management are required. Strong capabilities across the six Ps: positioning, product, pack, price, promotion, and place are essential. Bonus points if you have experience with Aztec/IRI data, SAP, or best-practice FMCG training.
