Role Overview As a Graduate Martech Consultant at Composed Digital, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to support the implementation and optimisation of marketing technology solutions that integrate Braze and complementary technologies. You will assist in analysing user journeys, workflows and data integrations to help ensure efficient and scalable marketing automation solutions.
This role is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in marketing technology while developing your technical and analytical skill set in a fast-evolving industry.
You will work within our Melbourne headquarters where we operate in a hybrid working model with a few days working from home and a few in the office.

Your Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and analysing technical and business requirements to align marketing technology solutions with client needs.
Support the configuration and optimisation of Braze and partner technologies to integrate with existing marketing technology stacks.
Help define workflows, user journeys, and marketing automation strategies to improve customer engagement and personalization.
Assist with data structuring, including managing user profiles and event-driven interactions, to enable personalised marketing campaigns.
Support the setup and execution of multi‑channel marketing automation journeys in Braze Canvas, incorporating triggers and basic logic based on real time user behaviour.
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving technical issues related to marketing technology integrations, data flows, and automation logic.
Stay up to date with Martech trends and best practices, contributing insights to the team.
Participate in client meetings or workshops to assist in solution discussions and implementations.
Your Experience
You’ve completed RMIT’s Marketing Technology (MarTech) course OR you have 1-3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, or a related field.
Exposure to Martech platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe is a plus.
Basic understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their role in marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with web development languages or basic scripting is beneficial.
Exposure to SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret technical and business challenges.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
