Graphic Designer Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication, 5+ years of professional experience, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
About the Role
* Design projects from concept to rollout across print, digital, and social channels.
* Support and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
* Manage workflow, deadlines, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
* Collaborate with marketing managers and stakeholders to develop strong campaign concepts.
* Design high-quality collateral including event branding, activations, signage, merchandise, and digital assets.
* Oversee photoshoots, retouching, and campaign rollout.
* Maintain strong attention to brand alignment, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
You will work on a wide range of projects from Leadership Matters, Telethon, and Channel 7 Christmas Pageant to high-impact marketing campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

You'll Bring:
* A portfolio showcasing a strong balance of conceptual and rollout design.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Strong understanding of both print and digital production.
* Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly Desirable:
* Experience with motion design (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
* Knowledge of HTML5 ad creation.
