About the Role
Picker & Packer - Night Shift
Cannonvale | Full-Time | Stable & Consistent
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable team member with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working Sunday through to Thursday, 10:00pm – 06:00am.
What You'll Do:
* Unloading and Loading Milk Trucks.
* Staging Milk Pallets and breaking them down to accurately count and pick Milk Orders.
* Accurately handpicking orders from Freezer, Chiller, and Dry warehouse zones using our Voice Picking Warehouse Management System.
* Stacking products correctly on pallets – training provided to ensure proper handling.
* Wrapping pallets and preparing them for truck loading.
* Assisting with stocktaking and replenishment.
* General warehouse duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking local candidates available for an immediate start who are looking for long-term employment in a supportive and growing team.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights for this position and working here doesn't count towards your 88 Days.
Kay Qualities Include:
* Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not essential – we provide training.
* Strong attention to detail & good communication skills.
* A forklift license is preferred but not required.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a team.
* Knowledge of food is beneficial but not a must.
* Basic math and computer skills.
