Job Summary
An Automotive Parts Coordinator is required to work collaboratively with a skilled and professional team, interpreting parts, providing customers with product information and technical advice, utilizing our industry-leading online parts catalogue. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring efficient and timely dispatch of parts.

* Provide customers with product information and technical advice

* Be comfortable up-selling to customers and arranging buy-in products
* Process orders, manage credits, and maintain inventory stock counts
Requirements
* A background in automotive parts interpretation - mechanical, auto electrical, industrial experience preferred but not essential as training provided
* Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ability to problem-solve with a solution-based mindset
* Develop strong business partnerships through creating moments that matter
