Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position, various territories available. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales processes, building and nurturing client relationships with our dealer network, driving revenue growth, identifying and creating business opportunities and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, providing training to dealer partners, offering excellent customer service, and maintaining active communication with customers and dealers to address their needs and inquiries. The Territory Sales Manager will also represent the company at trade shows, events, and meetings to promote the brand and its offerings.
QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, present, and negotiate effectively.Proven sales skills with experience in driving revenue and achieving targets.Customer service expertise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.Experience in training and supporting dealer partners or customers on products and services.Competent in sales management, including planning, strategy execution, and performance tracking.Ability to work independently in managing territory-level responsibilities and cultivating with agricultural machinery or the farming industry is highly advantageous.Proficiency in using sales-management software and CRM systems is beneficial.Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory.
