Responsibilities
Build and an effective production pipeline tailored to a 2D animated short format
Develop a detailed production budget from scratch, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry benchmarks
Collaborate closely with the director and creative leads to define workflow, schedules, and resource allocation
Oversee the coordination of remote teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of milestones
Identify and mitigate production risks, proactively resolving challenges as they arise
Ensure all production processes adhere to both regional and international standards
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience as a line producer or production manager on animated shorts or series, preferably with international or cross-cultural teams
Robust expertise in building animation production pipelines and budgeting for 2D projects
Deep understanding of western animation production standards and workflows
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency with industry-standard production management tools and software
