Deliver Exceptional Service as a Key Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Clerk to support the delivery of excellent service in our branch.


About The Position

* Efficiently manage repair orders and technician times.
* Effectively input data, manage workshop paperwork, and maintain records of work in progress.
* Liaise with customers, salesmen, and suppliers to ensure prompt service delivery.
* Process warranty claims and service purchase orders on time.
* Manage records of technician productivity and handle cash sales.
* Follow up on calls to chase payment of invoices and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

* Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are required.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
