The Role
This full-time position in our Shepparton office involves coordinating projects with our office & install teams for residential & commercial sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing installation scheduling
* Preparing & assisting with quotes & sales inquiries
* Handling operations planning for multiple projects
* 8am - 4pm (hours to be discussed)
* Overseeing stock management & supplier relationships
* Assisting with ordering materials & equipment
* Communicating with clients, builders, & site teams
* Supporting compliance, documentation, & process improvements
About You

Australian work rights are required for this position.

* Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction (preferred)
