About the Role
Based in Braeside, you’ll work closely with our National Administration team and branches and be supported by experts across the business.
Your day will include:
- Managing workloads of insurance home & contents claims
- Collaborating with Operations to ensure accurate Assessment Reports
- Writing reports & lodging them with Clients/Insurers via online portals
- Liaising with external Claims Administrators & Assessors
- Handling data entry and updates with precision
- Meeting KPIs in a fast-paced but supportive team environment

Insurance background handy (but not essential)
Strong communication & a friendly phone manner
Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure
Empathy and professionalism in every interaction
Got qualifications but not much experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the ropes.
