This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail management couple to oversee a full scale supermarket operation, lead a large team including Duty Managers, and make a genuine difference in local communities, all while enjoying a balanced lifestyle and an exceptional package.
The Opportunity: As the leadership couple of a flagship regional supermarket, you'll oversee the end to end performance of a major retail site, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and community impact.

About You: You're a seasoned retail management couple with deep experience in FMCG, supermarket, or high volume environments.
You thrive in large format stores, love leading through others, and enjoy creating a positive, training focused culture.
