We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Retention team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively managing and supporting the inbound and outbound phone sales and retention team in efficiently handling prospective and existing member telephone enquiries while maintaining high performance, customer service, and compliance quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and driving teams towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. You will also have the ability to quickly build rapport and engage with key stakeholders to drive outcomes. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, lead and coach a team to success, and be adaptable and agile with change.
You will also be responsible for managing leads via the website and identifying improvements to better team performance. We require a reliable and fast broadband service (NBN or ADSL) and confidence in using various IT software. All necessary equipment for the role will be provided. This role is only open to VIC, QLD, and NSW residents.
