The Role As the APAC Information Security Operations Lead, you will oversee the regional defence strategy, reporting directly to the Global Head of Security. Key Objectives Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of specialized security engineers and SOC analysts. Incident Command: Act as the regional lead for high-severity security incidents and escalations. Operational Maturity: Evolve detection engineering, response playbooks, and cloud security (AWS/M365) standards. Automation: Partner with global peers to eliminate manual toil through Python/PowerShell integration. The Profile Experience: 10 Years in SecOps, SOC, or Incident Response, with recent experience in a lead or mentoring capacity. Technical Breadth: Strong background in EDR, SIEM, and Identity Security (Entra ID/SSO). Environment: Experience in fast-paced, high-availability sectors (FinTech, High-Freq Trading, or Scale-ups).
