Analyst Project Co-ordinator
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support project management activities on the Modern ERP Project.

Project Support
* Assist in planning and coordinating project activities such as design workshops, Townhalls, and other key events.
* Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support teams such as project controls and scheduling to develop your project management skills.
* Manage system access for SharePoint, PowerApps, and ADO for joiners and leavers, including governance of access protocols.
* Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
* Shadow senior project managers to gain hands-on experience in project delivery.
Communication & Coordination
* Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and vendor partners.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
Administrative Support
* Manage project calendars, coordinate logistics, and maintain leave trackers.
* Support procurement processes, including purchase orders.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and governance frameworks.
* Maintain distribution lists and access to shared mailboxes.
Key Criteria:
* 5+ years of direct project coordination experience.
* In-depth knowledge of Rio Tinto processes, including contractor engagement.
* Knowledge of purchasing processes.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong coordination and time management skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
* Ability to build effective relationships with peers, vendors, and stakeholders.
