Responsibilities
Network at Risk, Field Tickets, Change Request creation
Field WO creation and liaisoning with contractors
Technical support tech for on-site works
Review and validate completed works
Partner payment claims dispute management
Proactive Maintenance
Monitor triggers (Service Escalation, Node Health, Critical/Major Severity, Daily Flipping list)
Perform pre & post modem checks, status checks and confirm resolution
Confirm non-intermittent fault resolution, monitoring of intermittent faults, trigger revisit, close faults
Skills & Experience
6-8 Years of total experience including 4+ years' experience as a HFC Network Engineer
Telecommunications Network Assurance using ITIL methodology focusing on HFC Access Networks (CAA and DAA) with D3.0/D3.1 knowledge
Good exposure in HFC network performance management
Ability to analyse network performance insights, triggers and identify issues that need maintenance work
Ability to manage field partners for successful field maintenance execution and validation
Ability to resolve repeat service degradation cases to reduce truck-rolls
Take ownership of overall network health improvements and regulatory compliances
