About the Role
We're looking for a talented florist to join our friendly, supportive team.
This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about flowers, plants, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Day-to-day, you'll:
Prepare and condition fresh flowers and foliage
Create bespoke bouquets and arrangements to order
Assist customers with both floral and plant purchases
Help with visual merchandising and maintaining our beautiful store displays
Support our workshops, events, and peak trading periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.)

Skills & Experience
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
A strong eye for colour, balance, and design
Creativity and a genuine passion for flowers and plants
2+ years of retail floristry experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and time management abilities
Reliability, positivity, and a team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and during busy seasonal periods
