We are searching for the right team member, to be an assistant to our existing Office staff.
About the Role
The position provides support and oversight to the Air Conditioning Service Division when they are on the field. You will be responsible helping to order and receive parts, schedule work, maintain stock, coordinate the technician's day plus other day to day office work.
The role involves customer service and general day to day operational needs. The position plays an integral part towards the successful presentation of our showroom and warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assigning jobs to trade staff and managing their workflow
Be the point of contact for our service division to call in for problem solving
Provide customer service to retail customers of the business
Responding to customer phone and online enquiries
Generating quotes for clients (utilizing our Service M8 software package)
Completion of day-to-day duties to support the office staff
Receipting, warehousing, dispatch and delivery of goods
Ordering and managing parts.
Booking in repair/warranty work with customers
You will have the following skills and experience
Ability to communicate effectively with trade staff and office staff
Service and/or Trade background would be a bonus
Understanding of safe work practices and transport/logistics
Exceptional Customer service
Administration/Office experience
Great phone manner
