We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Expert to join our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and continuous delivery of services by managing complex technical issues, developing high-performance systems, and guaranteeing seamless service delivery in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Infrastructure Management: Oversee, monitor, and support all aspects of our technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and ICT security, providing second and third-level support as needed.
2. Team Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to teammates to improve services, identifying dependencies, incidents, and constraints, technology and process improvements.
3. Service Delivery: Ensure ongoing service delivery by prioritizing team workflow and managing more complex and/or escalated issues.
4. System and Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and statistics for business report development and provide recommendations for continual improvement to service delivery.
6. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet business needs.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation as required.
Please note that some flexible working hours may be required. You will need to have strong Azure Cloud knowledge, Microsoft Server administration skills, and practical knowledge of LAN, DHCP, and DNS Network.
