Right now, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Tier 1 Digital Support team for a 6-month contract role representing Services Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound customer enquiries
- Helping people use online self-service tools
- Providing clear, friendly support with empathy and confidence
- Working full-time hours (on a 6-month contract) from our West Perth office

About You:
- Based in Perth and available for a 6-month full-time contract
- Must be an Australian Citizen and 18+ years of age
- Available Monday – Saturday 7am – 7pm
- Working a minimum of 22.8 hours over 3 days
- Tech-savvy and confident on a computer
- Friendly, confident communicator who can listen, empathize, and connect
- Motivated, curious, and ready to learn
- Resilient and up for a challenge
