Denco Civil pty ltd is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team in Waterloo Corner SA ****. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for pouring, finishing and repairing concrete structures to high standards.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and pouring concrete for foundations, slabs, walls, and other structures
Finishing concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, and other tools
Repairing and maintaining existing concrete structures
Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Operating concrete mixing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Collaborating with other tradespeople to complete construction projects on time and within budget
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
What we're looking for
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Concreter or in a similar construction role
Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios, curing times, and finishing techniques
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transportation
A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety protocols
