Role Overview
As aSales Executive/Manager, your primary focus will be on building new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
As Amoza is a new business, this role will require a proactive approach, includingcold calling, visiting stores, attending trade shows, and leveraging industry networksto generate leads and secure new accounts.
Your expertise in the plumbing industry will be critical in positioning Amoza as a trusted supplier in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to establish and grow Amoza's presence in the plumbing industry.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, in-person store visits, trade shows, and networking.
Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they select the best solutions for their projects.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role within theplumbing industry (minimum 3+ years)
Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales performance with minimal supervision.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
