WE'RE HIRING: Experienced Full time PAYG Broker in Craigieburn! Are you a Broker with 3+ years of experience who knows the industry inside out? Want a steady PAYG role close to home without the city commute? We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Mortgage Broker to join us full-time in our Craigieburn office.

• Structure deals, talk to lenders, resolve issues, and manage clients from initial consult to settlement without needing someone to look over your shoulder.
• Take ownership of your workload in an in-office workplace.

• Stability: Secure PAYG structure (base salary + great bonus incentives)
• Support: Full back-office and loan processing support provided.
• Location: Modern, local office setting based right here in Craigieburn.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in writing loans.
• A true self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously in an office setting.
• Accredited Broker (Cert IV / Diploma) with MFAA/FBAA membership.
• This is a 100% in-office role for someone ready to take full ownership of their workload.
