A dynamic and results-driven leader is required to manage the operations of a leisure facility, ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives responsive to community needs.
About This Role:
* Develop and manage staff within the facility to provide consistent, quality programs and services that meet customer expectations.
* Provide exceptional service to external user groups and other facility patrons, ensuring a welcoming, accessible, and well-utilized facility.
* Manage financial resources effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
* Prepare reports and statistical data for monthly reporting and ensure requirements are met within specified time frames.
Key Qualifications:
* Qualifications and/or extensive experience in financial and staff management.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement services, programs, and activities that meet customer needs.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-level customer service.
* A current Driver's Licence and ability to use computer applications including Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
* Current Pool Lifeguard qualification.
* Defibrillation Certificate, First Aid Certificate.
* Poll Operations Certificate.
* Food Operations Certificate.
