About the role The Senior Pre-Sales Solution Partner collaborates with Sales to build strategic customer relationships, expanding Orange Business's service portfolio. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders, including CxOs, to contribute to sales planning, solution strategy, and deal qualification. Key Responsibilities Understand the customer’s business and IT strategy Understand the ICT environment and infrastructure needs of multinational companies Understand the markets customers are operating in (predominantly mining and resources) Promote innovations to the customer that would improve and enhance their business Support customers in finding solutions to their business needs Develop trust and credibility across all levels of customers organizations engaged Position oneself as a key advisor of the customer decision-makers and influencers Use the knowledge of the Orange solutions, services and innovations to shape solution strategy that is meeting and if possible, anticipating customer needs and requirements Knowledgeable of market developments in the area of Telecommunication and ICT industries Communicates on innovation and builds a technology leadership position via white papers, talks in conventions, blogs, training sessions etc. Be recognised by customers as a source of technology expertise on Orange Business Services products, services and solution sets. Lead and position Orange and partner innovation as a key future enabler of the customers digital transformation programs Demonstrate knowledge of industry technology developments within infrastructure and solution sectors Maintain a broad degree of technical knowledge of all Orange Business Services products, services and solution sets Understand customer business and solution requirements and translate these into Orange services and service blocks Provides key customer information and solution development guidance to the bid teams About you Knowledge: Broad technical knowledge across Network, Security, UC, and Infrastructure. Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business financial skills; ability to simplify complex solutions. Experience: Minimum 10 years in customer-facing roles within telecom/IT; 5 years in pre-sales engineering. Understanding of Financial Services Industry is desirable. Knowledge of Operational Technology/IoT is a plus. Education: BSc in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE).
