Partners in Performance – Manager, Perth
This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture, a global management consulting firm that focuses on unlocking human performance. We work with clients across the ANZ region to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help organisations achieve tangible results without spending most of the time in a boardroom.
As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will lead engagements that include business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence. You will mentor a mix of Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts, deliver end‐to‐end outcomes, coach junior consultants, and influence senior client leaders.
Responsibilities
* Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality and impact.
* Coach and manage a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and Business Analysts.
* Influence senior client leaders, build trust, and steer decisions at the highest levels.
* Drive continuous improvement, test learning, and adapt strategies to deliver lasting value.
Qualifications
* Outstanding academic results; strong quantitative skills in engineering, commerce, economics, mathematics, or science.
* Experience in a T1 strategy consulting firm; ability to solve complex commercial problems.
* Strong problem‐solving, prioritisation, and root‐cause analysis skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills: coaching, influencing, building trust with senior managers.
* Excellent communication: construct compelling arguments supported by facts and data.
* Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values and a passion for results.
* MBA or advanced postgraduate degree is an advantage; double degrees are highly regarded.
