Based at the Kingsley Corporate Head Office, this full-time position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will be well supported by the Accountant, Assistant Accountant, and the rest of the Finance team to develop and upskill you into a vital part of the team to provide high-quality administrative and accounting assistance across the finance team.
Role responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting.
Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including invoice processing and debtor management.
Reconciling corporate credit card transactions and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Managing invoice processing for Support at Home services and liaising with providers to resolve discrepancies.
Contributing to team development, training, and change management initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with aged care standards, financial policies, and WHS procedures.

Sound administrative and financial skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in accounting or finance support roles.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
The applicant must hold or be willing to obtain a current police clearance (no older than 6 months) and a current Covid-19 and flu vaccination would be desirable.
