About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Care Assistant House Supervisor to oversee the daily care of young people in our residential care program.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Hamilton, working closely with a team of experienced residential care workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support and supervision to ensure the well-being and safety of young people in their care.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care and support to young people in residential care settings.
* Supervise and lead a team of residential care workers to ensure effective delivery of care services.
* Develop and implement behavioral management programs to support young people with challenging behaviors.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care planning and case management.
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.

Requirements
* Relevant diploma or degree with substantial experience in residential care or a related field.
* Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, with experience working with Aboriginal children and families.
* Strong leadership and supervision skills, with ability to develop and manage teams.
* Proven ability to work effectively with young people with complex needs and behaviors.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).
